When I'm not traveling I'm based in Santander, a coastal town in the northern Spanish province of Cantabria. Instead of the usual sunny Spain, the north coast is more like a slightly warmer England. My wife snapped these photos of the bay last week. You get a nice play of light here!
Very nice! That first one is quite ominous.
ReplyDeleteGreat job. The light in both photos is lovely.
ReplyDeleteYeah, Sean...living in Spain...it's a rough life for you, isn't it? ;)
ReplyDeleteAlex: strange to say, it never turned into a storm. We get a lot of ominous-but-harmless weather here. When a storm does come, it usually comes in so fast we don't get to take pictures!
ReplyDeleteHi Sean,
ReplyDeleteI agree with you that the light is often interesting in Santander. It's all dependent on the direction of the wind as far as I can tell. I live here too - I'm sure our paths will cross at some stage.
All my best
Pamela
