Added a Subscription Feed

If you don't like to type in URLs, you can now subscribe to this blog. I've added a subscription feed near the bottom of the left-hand column, so you can keep up with all the writing advice and news about yours truly that I post on here. I've done the same with my personal/travel/archaeology blog, Grizzled Old Traveler.
