Yes, my postings on this blog have been a bit thin lately, but that's because I've been buried in work, not to mention being a single dad while Almudena works in Oxford and Bonn. Congratulations! The weekend St. Louis Post-Dispatch included "Missouri: An Illustrated History" among the best local and regional history books for 2008.
