Blurb and Cover Reveal

Blurb and cover help please! I'm coming out with a new book at the beginning of September. I already have a favorite of these two covers, but I'd like your opinion on how I can improve the blurb and which cover you like best. Here's the blurb:

This collection is a long-awaited addition to the popular Toxic World post-apocalyptic science fiction series. It’s sure to please fans and newcomers to the series alike.
