One good sentence

I only wrote one sentence in my latest novel yesterday, but it revealed to me one of the hidden motivations of my protagonist. I hadn't figured it out until I wrote that sentence, and the protagonist himself isn't aware of it, although it affects many of his actions.

Yesterday was a productive day.
